Removing barrel of mila multi lock back door

   Hello
   
   You need a key to remove it unless it has a thumbturn on the inside.  With a thumbturn you can turn it to line up the cam on the inside to be able to pull the lock out.
   
   If you don't have a thumbturn and obviously no key, you'll need a locksmith to pick it open.
