Rihanna parties without Chris Brown as couple 'take a break' following assault drama

   Rihanna was back on the party circuit last night without Chris Brown amid claims the couple are on a break.
   
   The singer hit Les Deux in Hollywood with Katie Perry and actress Hayden Panettiere and was seen without her sunglasses for the first time since Brown allegedly assaulted her last month.
   
   However the 21-year-old faced more drama at the end of the night when her driver was pulled over by Los Angeles police after reportedly jumping a red light.
   
   American website TMZ claimed the driver was given a ticket while Rihanna waited in the car.
   
   Rihanna and Brown are not calling their break a formal split as they are said to be planning to get together soon despite his domestic battery charges.
