Royal 10X Crosscut Shredder that does not run.

Hello. I have a Royal 10X Crosscut Shredder that does not run.  It is NOT clogged with paper.  On the underside, amid the teeth, I see a small plastic part -- part of the machine -- that has its end broken off.  Can this repair be made by a home user?

    If you have issue regarding Royal 10X Crosscut Shredder that does not run than you must visit their service center near you because they will fix your problem in a better way rather than do it your self.
