On the other hand if i have a overly nice attitude; people will walk over me. I cant be rough im making decisions that people dont like cuz i dont wana be called a dictator. What should i do? how can i improve my attitude at work so i can be successfull and proffesional?

It’s important that it’s always good to be consistent, but not rigid; dependable, but can change your mind. You make decisions, but easily accept input from others.
What you have to have is clearly defined convictions - and, more importantly, the courage of your convictions to see them manifest into reality. Only when you understand your role as guide based on your own most deeply held truths can you move from manager to leader.
Also for personal learning and growth one has to be good in self assessment. Some people seem to develop this overconfidence is the lack of negative feedback. If you get or provide not simply that feedback, but a constructive criticism which helps one learn how to do the relevant tasks well rather than poorly, then you might be able to accomplish a great deal!
