    In Mx2300N, L4-11 is a shift tray trouble code. Mx2300N  has a paper tray that holds two stacks of paper. Something is keeping the paper from shifting. You better take it to a technician who can resolve this issue.

    There is possibility that any one has changed the setting of your copier. reset sharp copier settings.
