   Hi There,
   This is most likely going to be a problem with the fan motor.
   
   Isolate the power to the oven and take it out of it's housing.
   
   If you have access to and can use a multimeter,take off the rear panel and attach the meter to the fan motor terminals. Run the oven a few times and see if the power fails to the fan. If it doesn't you'll need to fit a new motor.
   
   
   
   
   
   Inside take out the inner rear panel to reveal the fan, take the fan off (it it's a nut holding it on it will be left had thread) and then take out the screws holding the fan motor in place.
   Take the rear panel off (top too if necessary) and take out the motor.
   Fit the new motor, refit the top and rear panels, refit the fan and internal panel. Refit the oven to it's housing, restore the power, set the clock (if it has one) and try the oven out.
