TalkQueen | Followers of Sir, about special grade increament to TN B.T Assist. who joined duty in 1991feb completed selection grade in2001 promoted to pg grade with SAME scale in2005, again posted (NOt promotion) as HM with SAME scale in 2009. Completed 20yrs service in 2011 feb. am I eligible for special grade increament??
