Stolen vehicle,recovered,totalled

I would like my uncle to fix my car as he wont charge me much, insurance mechanic estimated 10,000 in damage,mostly cosmetic with some suspension and rear axle repairs. Insurance company will mostly use reclycled parts so why cant i withdrawl claim and get my licensed uncle to do it. The car is leased with 2 yrs left in which i can buy it if there is a problem at the end. Insurance investigator is threatening me saying that i cannot withdrawl my claim and keeps asking me why,even though i tell him i dont want a record and rates going up. I know my uncle in the end will not charge me much at all so i think im better off. I wish i never called but due to being theft i had too for the leasing company in case it was never recovered. How do i get this guy off my back and now he is showing up at my house without notice. Is he trying to scam or frame me?
