Tascam 144 spdif output problems

Hi. Maybe you help me to solve my problem. I have a tascam us-144 sound card. I use spdif out. But the problem is that windows don't give the signal to tascam's digital output. Everything goes through analog output... But when i work in cubase or wavelab, everything is ok, when i show that tascam should work through 3 and 4 channels (digital L+R). How to set up everything for windows, in order i could listen to music through winamp or internet, o media player...?
