The closest tube station to london 2012 Olympics, i know its still far away but i'm trying to plan my trip now so it goes as smooth as the olympics itself.

    the closest tube station- would be 'stratford' itself
    where the 2012 games, will be held.

    Stratford is, indeed, the closes station. Pretty much on the doorstep!


    I found a good site that has a map of the underground:

    I use it for typing in a station to see what is near it, to see if I recognise anywhere before I leave, so I don't get as lost due to the extreme ability of my mobile phone to not work when I most need it's GPS skills! I really need a new one...
