Time to kick out Andorra et al

As with every qualifying competition for a major tournament, the lesser nations stand no chance of making an impact - or, in some cases, picking up a single point. It is time to kick out the likes of Andorra and San Marino, as they make no difference to the campaign save as an opponent to score against.

    I can't see what these small teams add to the qualifying tournament in terms of competitiveness or quality at all. Hardly any so-called minnows have improved over the years.
