Tiny bugs grey bugs in bath tub and around kitchen sink and on kitchen counter

I have these very tiny grey bugs that have large antenna and two antenna type things protruding from their back end.  They are shaped like a grain of rice but are not nearly as big.  They do not seem to jump or fly, only walk faster if you approach them.  What are they and how can I get rid of them?  They seemed to go away for awhile after we re-caulked our bathroom, only to return not only to our bathroom but now our kitchen as well.
