    I am not sure about the number 4 and 5 positions, but the top three cocaine producing nations in the world as per the U.S. government are as follows:

   
   

   1. Peru - has overtaken Columbia as the world's largest cocaine producer. The nation produced a whopping 325 tons of the white stuff in 2011.

   
   

   2. Bolivia - once the red-headed stepchild of the big three, Bolivia has also overtaken Columbia in terms of overall production, now coming in at second with 265 tons.

   
   

   3. Columbia - the old stalward comes in third, with production dropping as much as 25% since 2010. Columbia now accounts for 195 tons of cocaine.
