i have a toshiba tecra m7...the laptop wont power up....when i plug it in the ac power light is on and the batery light orange and when i push the power button the lights turn off and the ac power light flashes orange....what to do?

i have tested the ac adapter and it puts out a full 15volts like it should but i have no idea what else could be the problem, because even if the battery is messed up i should still be able to run it with the ac adapter right?

I think it is the problem of BIOS failure, that is why there is no display. You should consult a good technician for proper help. All I can do is to suggest you a good technician who is capable to fix this type of problems. you should visit the following link and contact Mr. Zulfiqar.

    hope that helps,
