    SIC Singapore allow transfers in accordance with immigration’s regulations.SIC endorse all transfer requests provided the student has no outstanding dues.
    Before endorsing a transfer requests, SIC will investigate the reasons for such a request and would like to know if SIC can correct ourselves in any way to ‘recover’ the student by implementing certain corrective action.
    If the request is appropriate and SIC agree that the move is in the best interest of the students SIC will endorse it. If however SIC believe that such a move is not in the students best interests SIC will seek to council the student as to the appropriateness of their decision and this is handled by a senior management staff.
