I am a 16 year old girl, 5 feet 2 inch tall (158 cm). I have been dieting for 3 months, The first 2 months I did not count calories, I lust lost a lot of weight by exercicing and eating less. I live a sedentary life style. Before the diet I was 125 lbs (56,8 kg), now I weigh 103 lbs (46,6 kg). I have been eating between 1000 and 1200 calories a day for a month or so. Two weeks ago I hit a plateau at 104,6 lbs (47,4 kg) then one day i gained half a pound (0,2 kg), next day I was back at my plateau weight. That plateau lasted 2 weeks untill 5 days ago i checked my weight, I was still at 104,6 lbs (47,4 kg) the next day I checked my weight at the same time of the day, I was 102 lbs! the next day I gained a pound, the day after that I lost half a pound! And now I am stuck at 102,8 lbs (46,6 kg)! What to do??? My goal weight is 93 lbs (42,1 kg).
