Question:

Vehicles that wont qualify you for a DUI

I'm a law abiding citizen that plays texas holdem on saturday nights with my buddies. We tend to "tip a few" during our games and i hate the idea of a potential DUI. i hold a drivers license and motorcyle permit. I'm looking for any type of vehicle that has a range of 30 miles that i cant get charged for a DUI on. I realize that if i'm crazy drunk, i can still get charged with public intoxication, but i dont want a DUI. Here in ohio, cops arent looking for DUI drivers, they're hunting for them. If your out late, you increase your chances ten fold of being pulled over (whether you've been drinking or not). i've never had a DUI, and have a clean driving record. I'm somewhat careful about the amounts consumed, but the legal limit is .08 in ohio and you can be under that and still get charged with a DUI. Please keep responses to vehicle recommendations only (vs. designated driver options, walking, or being more responsible).

i guess i should qualify this further. I'm interested in recommendations that are motorized or electric in nature (i.e. scooter, mopeds, etc), and can be driven on the street (but not eligible for highway use). thanx
