   It's been rumored for months now, that Justin Bieer is dating Kelsey Horton. Her "bff" Mackenzie said "she and I love justin and all his friends. yes they have met. I'm not approving or denying any of this. But guys please stop trying to contact Kelsey about this."
   Kelsey will not answer any questions about him, and has deleted her Myspace and Youtube because of this. She now has a private Facebook for friends and family only.
