   You are not alone, military does something to these men and when they get used to it, they make the world around them very unpleasant to live in. I am married to a military man for 7 years and life isnt easy. They are gone all the time and you don’t know if and when they will return. You have to have an enormous amount of trust and patience to live about 50% of the time without your spouse and that is when your other half is decent, which is only 10%, rest are all a******s. When a man starts to disrespect his wife or girlfriend and when he orders things like it’s a war zone; you know he has now been fully brainwashed.  He is told to take orders without ever using his better judgment and he wants the same at home; where the wife or girlfriend needs to be taken care of just as she would take care of him.  
   
   My husband has an incredible body, he works for it, to stay in shape for fitness evaluations but his mind has lot of fat. At times he acts exactly like your boyfriend b*****s and complaints about things that don’t even matter but there are other times he is the sweetest guy in the world.  I was also in the military, and until I met my husband, i had my fair share of experiences with military men, most of them are  "players" and if they get a chance they would cheat on their girlfriends without a second thought. One of the military mans sayings goes like this, "Theres a woman at every port" So, be cautious, these men are mostly fresh out of highschool, first time away from home, have a new sense of freedom and don’t want to be tied down for the simple fact they know that when duty calls, they have to go and no woman can do anything to change that.
   
   What they don’t realize is, military is also a job just like any other and just by being in military it does not give them the right to treat their counterparts like h**l. Most guys in military are a******s because they have lost all the communication skills to carry a viable conversation, they don’t know how to listen unless its their boss and they don’t have any patience for those who care for them the most.
