     Way of cooking for Sun-dried Tomatoes I

    Servings: 32

    Ingredients

    • 4 pounds tomatoes

    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Preheat baking oven to 200 qualifications F (95 qualifications C).

    2. Wash and halve tomatoes. Gently compress out the seeds. Place the tomatoes on a non-stick biscuit sheet, and sprinkle with saline to taste.

    3. Bake until tomatoes take on a leathery texture. This could literally take all day; lesser parts will need less baking oven time.
