I tend to know about the rights of tourists or visitors in Australia as a consumer of goods. Thanks in advance.

The Australian Government provides consumer information in a range of languages, to help travelers get the most out of their trip to Australia.
While visitors are in Australia, they are covered by Australia's consumer protection laws, known as  Consumer Rights, which require all businesses to treat consumers fairly. If you believe you have been treated unfairly by a business and your  Consumer Rights  have been violated while in Australia, you can lodge a complaint with a consumer protection agency in Australia. These resources are provided through Australia's Tourist Consumer Protection Working Group led by the Australian Government.
