    Philippines Festivals are well known in the world. Philippines Festivals are: New Year Day begins with a bang on the very first day of the year. In the cities, New Year is celebrated with fireworks and hooting horns. Procession of the Black Nazarene festival is celebrated when thousands of men parade through the streets. Women can watch, but they cannot join them. The Moriones Festival is celebrated when M arinduque Crowds of town people dress up as a Roman legionaries and figures from the Bible. Pahiyas Festival is celebrated in Lucban, border of Quezon Province. This festival is celebrated in the honor of San Isidro. Flores de Mayo festival is celebrated in May. It is a gentle and esthetically pleasing Festival.
