   Well if you take the recommenced dosage a pill a day, you should be good...no side affects...  
   
   One of my friend bought the pills 2 days ago and he have already lost 5 lbs. he can go hours without eating which is great because he tend to snack a lot. No side effects, but since it does curb your appetite so much, I would recommend taking vitamins just to replace the natural vitamins that come from food.
