What could be wrong with the school's Zenith H27F36DT?

My school has 10 Zenith H27F36DT televisions in the classrooms. One of them will not turn on, regardless of which power socket is used. Is there a way to reset it? The school district's maintenance department is tied up with tweaks to a new school and the teacher is needing her television for a lesson. I hope you can answer this question.
