    The cloud is simply another name for the internet. Most of us visit the cloud every day when we use e-mail like Hotmail, use Trade Me or log into Facebook.

   
   

   Now the cloud has expanded to include a whole new range of business services. Familiar business applications like Microsoft Outlook e-mail can now be accessed through the cloud, removing the need to have these applications installed on your computer.

   
   

   The same goes for other business oriented applications like those you might depend on to keep your customers contact information and a history of their service calls. You can store all that data online now instead of in your office and access it any time you want from anywhere in the world provided you have an internet connected device.
