What is a physical change to Flour?

   Hi,
   It is often difficult, and arbitrary, to classify some process as
   purely "physical" or "chemical". However, heating the flour in the
   presence of air causing it to decompose would probably be classified
   as a "chemical" change. But frequently classifying some process as
   strictly "physical" or "chemical" can be very arbitrary.
