     Unfortuntely for those who think that Castro should die for what he subjected his three kidnapping and rape victims to. Among these heinous acts, Castro forced five miscarriages on Michelle Knight. According to Knight, Castro would starve and beat her in order to have her body reject the fetuses. 


    These facts are the grounds upon which the victim's lawyer is trying to get the death sentence on. However in looking at past cases life in prison is by far the more likely sentence.
