    The project cost criterion  for financing under PNB India Mahila Udham Nidhi Scheme (including margin money for working capital) is as under: q for new projects: not exceeding Rs.10.00 lakh per project. q for existing units and service enterprises: the outlay on expansion/modernization/technology up gradation, or diversification or rehabilitation should not be exceeding Rs.10.00 lakh per project.
