   Mexico actually has 2 national dishes, which are mole poblano and tacos. Mole poblano is a type of sauce that is usually put on turkey or shrimp cakes and has a dark colour to it. Tacos are a corn or wheat tortilla folded or rolled over a variety of fillings, which could include beef, pork, chicken, seafood, vegetables, and cheese.
