What is the solution for flash High CPU Usage?

Macromedia Flash utilizes a computer's CPU to handle animations, computations and other processes within a Flash file, this can sometimes result in CPU usage rising to abnormal levels.  This can rise to abnormal level. Please tell me a solution for it.

    Limit the amount of math-based animations and cut down on the use of looping functions using Actionscript. Use the Task Manager to monitor your Shock Wave File (SWF) while making changes until the CPU usage drops to acceptable levels. You can use the "Performance" tab on the task manager to check the CPU usage level. Anything above 70 percent for Flash usage is unacceptable.
