    Although I have heard of some adventurous sounding philippine delicacies, I would have to say that the tastiest one I have tried is Adobo. This originally Spanish meat dish consists of chicken and or pork that is slowly stewed in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, spices, garlic and peppercorns. The meat is soft and aromatic and makes for a great add on to rice or vegetables.
