The famous Twilight saga ends beautifully in the Breaking Dawn. This is the most outstanding paranormal romance story I ever had. I like it too much, especially the love triangle of Edward, Bella and Jacob. It is an epic novel and inspired me as well.

The answer to your questions is yes, as Bella Swan becomes a vampire and has a shield. She has the power to put a protection around her and who additional likes with her mind. She places it round persons so forces utilized by other vampires will not sway them.
