A flood victim belonging to Kashmore, Eiden asking what effected persons should do for getting Watan card, he told The News that he was brutally beaten up by police personnel when he refused to pay them Rs 4,000 for the issuance of the card.

    Effected persons are required to firstly visit nearest Watan counter for getting the Watan Card, in case if he didnot get the card, he require to call on above mentioned NADRA helpline numbers for confirming his eligibility. If his record is ok then NADRA
