   Have a party on the beach with beach volleyball, surfing, boogie-boarding etc.

   I had the same problem-EXACTLY!
   I have 2 suggestions...
   1.Go to a restaurant (maybe even in a limo,if it isn't too expensive)
   2.Bowling. A bunch of my friends had their b-days at bowling arenas and also had a theme (rockstars,costumes,etc.,etc.)

   i dont know i have the same prblem and as december is winter it is cold so i might go to the cinema or go ice skating. you could do something like that

    go to a restrant get your makup done get extenions (purple) lol get jewlery its my bday on the 17th of december and this is wht i am doing!!!!!!!!!!
