Whats the difference between INC LLC and Corp. Lots of people ask this question and the answer is they all mean the same. there are three kinds of businesses and INC, LLC and Corp all mean the same. They are all considered Pass-through businesses in which the profits and losses of the business pass through to the shareholders. When business makes profit and dividends are declared the shareholders then pay tax on their dividend earned.  Inc, LLC and Corp are all limited liability companies which means they are considered a separate entities.

    The difference between INC. LLC. and Corp. is the indeed its about business but some way around. the INC. and the Corp are same there isn't any of difference in between these two and LLC. is a Limited Liabilities Company is a type of Corp. All LLC, S Corporation and C Corporation have different requirements Depending upon level of protection, Tax treatment and Funding's.
