   Part-time dad Jimmy has been trying to smarten up his act – though only after his wife Ann divorced him. A pity too, because he still gets on with her, and he’s mad about his kids, Molly and Alex. About the only person Jimmy can’t get on with (or get around) is his mother-in-law Diana, who sees the feckless Jimmy as the Devil incarnate.
   Series Two finds Jimmy still struggling to look after the kids while his ex-wife does volunteer work in East Africa – and struggling even more to win over Diana.
   But they are making some headway in improving their relationship and, when Molly is uncharacteristically quiet, they even join forces to discover what’s wrong. This does however mean them both posing as fellow teens online in order to access Molly’s blog – much to her horror.
