Where can I get a youtube converter to convert youtube videos to play on my ipod?

I like watching some funny videos on my ipod. Recently I downloaded some funny videos from youtube but they can't be directly played on my ipod. I want a free and easy youtube converter. It would be great if you can provide something that can download video too. Anyone can help me?

well, it's no big deal. just convert your youtube(.flv) video to ipad supported format, then u will be able to import it to your ipad.
