Reduce loaves of bread and starches to a minimum. Stop all cooked by cooking in oil foods. Remove all domestic bird body coverings and breading. Drop calories to 1200 per day. Eat small calorie bulky things between food servings to curtail hunger. A food performing would be like items of cooked with steam broccoli and a tiny skinless domestic bird breast. No more than a tad of margarine or a little olive oil on the broccoli. Breast is poached or broiled in a rack saucepan rack over a drip tray.
