    Tim Rice Oxley     He is a the principal songwriter, piano player, keyboards  , synthesizers, electric guitar player and also provides backing vocals He joined the band in 1995.s
    Tom Chaplin    He also performs the duty of lead vocals, organ, piano, lead electric guitar, acoustic guitar. He joined the band in the year 1997.
    Richard Hughes  He performs on drums, additional percussion, backing vocals. He joined the band in 1995.
    Jesse Quin  He plays the following instruments. Bass guitar, Rhythm guitar, electric guitar, synthesizers, additional percussion, plus he also performs backing vocals . He joined the band later in 2008 and is still with the band.
