If someone wants to refund the PIA ticket then to whom he should contact? who has the authority to refund the ticket in PIA? Can someone tell me that?

    Refund will be processed only from the issuing office PIA. In case if refund is to be processed from a country other than the original issuing country, special approvals are required for payment of refunds in local currency.
