     I really appreciate your question and i would love to give my opinion, The gunman kills on someone's order or its the occupation of the killer in short terms where as if a politician start acting evil then he can indulge with up to maximum number of people at the same time. So with out any doubt a politician is more evil in nature and can be more dangerous to society.
