My friend was talking about the Bacolod City of Philippines that it is one of the famous city of Philippines. But he did not told me the reason for its popularity. Does anyone of you know that why Bacolod city of Philippines is famous for.

    The City of Bacolod is a highly urbanized Philippine city. It is the capital of the province of Negros Occidental.  Bacolod city of Philippines is prominent for its world famous MassKara Festival held throughout the 3rd week of October.
