    Hi,
On average home owners move houses every five to seven years, but why do they make this decision so often? People who have lived in the same property for 20+ years find this hard to understand and probably couldn't imagine it ever happening to themselves, but with today's growing market and the house of their dreams not far away, the chances of sticking to what they already own are slim.

There are many reasons in today's property world why people choose to pack up and move house. The main cause is a growing family. Home buyers choose their 'beginners' house and soon settle in, but after children come along this house increasingly gets smaller and therefore forces the homeowners to seek a larger property. This also happens when people choose to upgrade to a larger house after longing for it and finally saving the money it requires.

New technologies now mean that homeowners today are constantly bombarded with advertising telling them to seek a new property and be given the lifestyle they have always dreamed of. It also means that homeowners can now with the click of a button browse property online when they haven't even decided yet if they wish to move.
