Why Does Google Farmer Algorithm dislike content farms?

I personally think there's nothing wrong in farm type websites as long as they are providing good content, then why Google is disliking it in its recent update?

    Content farms are actually not providing useful information to the users and just getting at top in SERPs with SEO tricks, while Google aims to provide users with best results, so it hates content farms.

    Content farms and aggregators have recently been the victim of Google farmer update, and reason behind this is only and only Google's aim to provide users with qualility results.

     Content farms are not useful sites in the eyes of Google and so it does like them.
