Why I can't edit my adword Hosted business page?

As I have heard all AdWords Business Pages are in the process of being migrated over to the Google Sites. But If my business page is migrated, I want to know how to edit the settings?

    To manage your business page using Google Sites:

       1. Go to your My account tab.
       2. Select Account Preferences.
       3. Under the Google Sites heading, click the link that reads Manage your business hosted page at Google Sites.
