Start the troubleshooting method by unfastening "My Computer" and looking for your compact computer disc propel in the "Devices with Removable Storage" locality to affirm that the PC identifies it. If your CD-ROM is there, right-click the speaker icon in your platter and open its "Master Volume" dialogue. Now ascertain the "CD Player" command to confirm it's not muted. If you still haven't discovered the difficulty, open your computer case and ascertain the four-wire lead on your compact computer disc propel to confirm it's attached to your motherboard or sound card.
