Why am I being asked to re-accept the Adsense Terms after currency change?

I have changed the reporting currency and adsense is asking me to accept its conditions again. I need to know the reason behid this behavior of google

    I think you're being asked to accept the Terms and Conditions again because there are some changes to the Terms which you must accept in order to use local currency reporting within your account.
