Why are my ads linking to an error page after the integration of Google Analytics to AdWords?

Whenever I try to access my ads, the error message appears. This happened after the linking of analytics and adwords. Please help me

    When Analytics is activated within AdWords, "Destination URL auto-tagging" is turned on automatically. A small number of websites do not allow URL parameters and serve an error 404 page.
