Why cant I cant I reactivate my account on facebook?

I tried reactivating my account on facebook and it says that I'm not accurate enough and this is about a week going on two that I haven't been on my facebook. All I wanted is to be able to get back on and be able to use my facebook in all areas and for some reason they are not letting me which is absolutely ridiculos. All I want is to talk to my friends and my cousins from Greece again who I haven't seen in a long time and confirm my new friends and chat with them as well. Please help me solve this problem ASAP.
