    The talented but troubled second year receiver was suspended for 8 games, the number that remain this season for his second violation of the NFL's substance abuse program. Although it is league policy to not disclose the substance, Blackmon has had significant issues with DUI's and alcohol abuse in the past, leading one to assume that it was the drink that got him in trouble again.
